Fragile and stubborn ceramic modules attempt to build shelter for discourse but fail to achieve their purpose—revealing its power in failure. Gaps and cracks reveal the precariousness of every verbal construction: there is always a fissure through which silence persists. By materializing this tension, the artist suggests that words are also inhabitable ruins. Thus, resistance can mean embracing imperfections and sustaining gaps through which new voices escape and articulate themselves.
