Diary (2003–2009), 2025 edition
Photograph on cotton paper
10 × 15 cm each. Edition of 5 + 2 A.P.
Rio de Janeiro
Letter by letter, the artist erases Katherine Mansfield’s diaries and transfers the text onto correction tape, creating a “writing of forgetting.” The printed void becomes a tactile bas-relief, the trace of an impossible writing. From this absence emerges a debate on authorship, memory, and legitimacy: reading silence becomes a radical form of listening; not saying becomes an act of resistance, opening space for other voices.
Value of the set: R$ 9,000.00 (not sold separately)
