On 12 and 13 April 2026, Curitiba hosted a free public programme with artist Jonathas de Andrade, organised by Analize Nicolini / BraSA.Art with the support of SOMA – People & Culture and the Secretaria de Estado da Cultura do Paraná.
The programme brought together a continuous screening of Jangadeiros e Canoeiros, an artist conversation and a public lecture across two venues in the city. On 12 April, SOMA – People & Culture hosted a six-hour continuous screening of the film, with an artist conversation mediated by Analize Nicolini and the participation of DJs Selecta Manzana and Sevyw. On 13 April, the programme continued at Auditório Brasílio Itiberê with a public lecture by Jonathas de Andrade, mediated by Analize Nicolini and Felipe Prando.
The programme was conceived as part of a broader curatorial context developed by Analize Nicolini in Curitiba, connecting artistic practice, public mediation, institutional collaboration and the circulation of contemporary South American debates.
